Apple Ipod Touch

Apple is quite known for their innovative designs. The apple computers, the ipods, then the iphone and finally now Ipod touch. Basically it is an iphone without the phone features. The same multi touch screen and same functionalities – of course, except Camera and the Phone related features.

Some of the features:

  • Multi-touch interface
  • 3.5″ Wide screen (480 x 320 pixels Resolution)
  • Plays Video and Audio and Photos
  • Wi-fi
  • Safari Web browser

You can check the full tech specification at http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/specs.html. Also there is a comparison chart between the ipod models and ipod touch.

Price

It has two models – 8GB and 16GB. The declared price is $299 for 8GB and $399 for 16GB. But it may not available in the store.

Personally I didn’t like the iPhone because it is no match for my Nokia in terms of features other than the revolutionary multi touch screen. But the Ipod touch is some thing that I can’t miss – The same multi touch functionality with less price.

But it may take another couple of months to touch my hands on it as it is not yet available in India. I am trying to buy it from Dubai if possible. Wish me good luck !

Thanks :)
