If you have all the Costs in hand then you can try your hand at making a phone and try selling it. There will barely be any takers for it. The other costs that you did not mention are 1. Advertisement / Marketing  2. Reasearch & Development (Software ?!?!?!?). To have such a breakthrough technology/software, it takes years to build it and Millions of $$ to invest in this. This cost has to be divided in their products for them to make profits and recover the costs. No doubt they are making good money but thats what they have invested their money for into such a beautiful piece of technology. Also, there are so many other Companies making Phones and Tablets similar to iPhone & iPad, but Apple products just standout in all aspects, their Software, Hardware, Look & feel etc. Its worth it !
